Sustaining your energy and optimism while developing your executive skills for leading the future is difficult to do on your own. The Impact Incubator is designed to address this challenge. In this eight-week cohort coaching program, you'll learn and grow within a community of women health leaders. As an intentional, reflective, committed leader, you strive to navigate the day-to-day complexity with curiosity, focus, compassion and generosity. By honing specific behaviours and strategic skills, you'll expand your influence on your team and the teams you lead and work with. In your team, inform key decisions. Learn to lead with presence, attentive listening, and confident decision-making, and develop people to lead initiatives with you and be responsible and accountable. Through group and individual coaching, you will see how to deepen your purpose and effectiveness while growing the capacity of others and exponentially scaling your impact on the outcomes that matter the most.
